Anyone have a script which can disable EAs before news time, and re-enable it after news time?

I'm sorry, how would something like that work? Can you tell me a little? I'm currently using MT4 and trying to catch everything.
Non news EA are meant just to trade during normal times, non-important news only. Usually near or just after news time, prices tend to spike in different directions which I would not like an EA to trigger orders.

Hi guys, would you please tell me what is suitable application for cvs file? I would like to be alerted about upcoming news and I do not wanna use mq4 indicator. I tried to import csv calendar into google or Thunderbird one but not successfully. I am lazy to copy and paste each event separately. cheers

well, excel i am using too, but what i had on my mind it was some calendar where cvs can be imported, so i do not have to rewrite each event manually. however thanx for your reply
