You can use this one : adx-cross-arrows_mtf-alerts-nmc.mq4 . It corrects some problems of the one you have attached and is multi time frame version with alerts already

Something like this can be done (a similar "trick" as in metatrader built momentum) but be advised that it is not a velocity in its "pure" mode, and that the name is kept just for the sake of simplicity (not in a mood to invent names for that kind of velocity calculation
)
