So kitchens are not prevented to switch on broadcasting of this SYMBOL_SESSION_INTEREST it's a matter of 5 minutes and a simple script. So volume broadcasting is not a confirmation that the broker is not a kitchen. Another question is why there is no volume broadcasting, maybe Forex itself does not provide it. Of course, it is interesting to see the trading volumes of currency pairs.
This Open Interest indicator works only on the Russian stock exchange MOEX (RTS). If you trade Forex, this indicator will not work. For Forex, use CME volumes and Open Interest. Everything is there, including currencies, metals, oil, indices. This data is freely available on a daily basis.

Chicago Stock Exchange does not broadcast real volumes - there are only tick volumes. This is as far as I know.

You're wrong. Chicago Stock Exchange broadcasts not only real volume but also its various types, including open interest. The following types of volumes are available:
- Trading volume from the Globex electronic trading floor;
- Volume from the trading pit (Pit Volume);
- Volume of over-the-counter transactions conducted through the exchange clearing;
- Average Monthly Volume Multiplier;
- Integrated total volume;
- Open Interest.
In addition to the above, volumes for options, including currency options, are available, which opens access to the construction of sentiment indicators (demand to buy/demand to sell).I see.
