In general, here is an expert. The main thing is to remember that it is a bit problematic to switch off/unload the Expert Advisor while infinitely showing charts :) . So let me remind you that this Expert Advisor is displayed in the "Navigator" window:

Please clarify, the Expert Advisor should be visible in conjunction with the account?! as you have on the screenshot..... I have it in a bunch of EAs. Still one cycle and a freeze. BUT!!!! in the status top line of the terminal I see a cyclic search of instruments. I have no problems with deleting the Expert Advisor.
As soon as you launch an Expert Advisor, it is immediately displayed in the "Navigator" window near the trading account on which it is launched. Are you sure that you are launching exactly the Expert Advisor from the post( #14 )? How to check it: window "Tools" - tab "Journal" and there should be such an entry:

I have mt4, but it probably doesn't make any difference in principle.
