Problem is that on 5 versions tested from different providers, they contains malware. Try uploading terminal.exe to virustotal.exe and see the results.

There is no malware of course, it's well known issue with some antivirus using heuristic algorithm.
 
Anyway, someone do you have any link MT4 from official site?
 

I have mt4 installer, that install new Metatrader 4 platform.

Go to the website of the broker you want and download the MT4 terminal from there.

When you want a MT4 platform from a specific broker, you don't start from the platform, but from the broker.
