Try using trend lines on D1 time frame. Basically volatile pairs are best with higher time frames.
 
Click the button. If it doesn't go up, don't buy it.
 
What strategy are you using to trade XAUUSD?

Gold is a beast that can't be tamed. Avoid it completely if you don't want to lose money

"CSV FILE" is just a text file or flat file, with information within separated by the "comma" character (,) 

i.e. if you want a file with symbol, operation, stoploss, takeprofit, then it would look like ...

XAUUSD, BUY, 1200, 1500

XAUUSD, BUY, 1400, 1600

XAUUSD, SELL, 2000, 1600 

Microsoft Excel for instance would enable you quickly to save your spreadsheet with such columns in the CSV format.
