Forgotten MT4 Profile password.

  1. Forgot MT4 Profile password.
  2. Clicked - Forgot it? to be sent new password/password reset.
  3. Sent NEW Profile -zit. ???? and password for profile - zit. ???
  4. Password sent does no work with existing MT4 profile only with profile - zit.
  5. As result I am unable to maintain 37 indicators/scripts/EAs in existing MT4 profile.

Anyone know how this gets access to the original MT4 profile ?

May be you should ask the service desk?

Be patient! In Kazan it's about ~22:00 I guess.

  1. I entered incorrect email address for relevant MT4 profile.
  2. zit - was an exploratory profile created years ago. Never used and so forgotten.

This password is for trading account. And because of that it is related to the broker.
So, create the other trading account (jn case you are on demo account), or ask your broker for support.
