How can I modify 'comment' field for an open position?

It is possible to modify SL/TP/Volume of a position by double clicking on it in the 'trade' window.

But how can I modify comment of a position without changing any other field?

You can't.

you can only reduced volume (the term is partial closing).

   Can't! Not a good idea to use comments, brokers can change comments, including complete replacement.
