please DO NOT ask "why do you need this", and many other questions, and answer exactly what I asked

(i read similar thread in mt5 forum with no answer but many reasonings about why would you need this)

Go to your broker and click the download MetaTrader 4 button. Now you have the installer for that broker. Scroll down to the bottom of every page and click the Windows link. Now you have MT4 installer. This is a user's forum not Metaquotes.
