When I am looking at the snapshot, the trade symbol and the chart symbol are different. Open the correct chart to see the trade levels.

What do you mean? they are both EURUSD

Well, I agree that they look similar, but I can see "eurusd" and "eurusd."

There is no pending order either on the image you posted, only a trade order in the terminal

Yes, but the line still isn't there, which it should.

Asked and answered. You opened an order on one pair but you are looking at a chart of a different pair.
