Indicator automatically removed from the currency pair MT4 screen

Hello guys 

I bought an indicator of a renowned developer of MQL4.COM here. 

It happens that the indicator does not run on MT4. 

Already traded several emails with the developer. 

I did all the procedures that requested, however, the problem persists. 

Turns out he speaks the library (DLL) that its indicator uses would not be installed. However, I did the installation as your tutorial and even then the indicator does not perform. 

In the Terminal menu, tab Experts MT4 accuses message that the indicator was removed, but he did not even open in the currency pair screen. 

Does anyone have some guidance to assist in solving this problem?

The issue is already raised the problem that occurs, the reasons for non-functioning of the indicator and that person does not solve!
 
Uninstall. Reboot. Delete the terminal installation folder inside Program Files folder (if any). Install again.
