Yes, I thought this was an issue with the EA or strategy tester, but when I discussed this with my programmer, he did say he had included something like you said above that deleted the lines at the end. He has now taken out that command and the Lines remain at the end of the test which allows me to visually review

I hav an EA, part of which works when it comes across a manually drawn horizontal line, the issue I have is that these lines I redraw manually every week and when it comes to back testing I can't seem to get the lines to work in strategy tester. What I do, do is save the chart with the horizontal lines as tester.tpl and then run a test, you can see the lines when in visual mode but as soon as the test is complete the lines disappear and it looks as though the EA is not reacting to the lines at all.
Can anyone assist please
