Build 600 Problem
Since updating to Build 600, My 500 GB hard drive has filled up to capacity within 4 days. I have traced the downloads to the following files, delete them and within a short time it has filled the hard drive once again. Is there any reason for this. The pathway is as follows. C:\Users\doug\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\2C3F27196F93C5FB165D928AFE4DDA53\MQL4\Logs
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

MT4 Build 600+ is made by technical noobs who does not use MT4 themselves and have no clue whatsoever about the need for storage of large datafiles.
I strongly suggest to revert back to MT Build 509. Instructions are here...
And unless MetaQuotes fix this issue I cannot see any other solution than moving to a another trading platform.

Simple! All users of MT4 who have lots of data, for instance history data for all currency paris to run backtests (/tester/history/). I have six MT4 instances on my 4 x 4TB Raid-disks + 4 x 4TB disks on my external NAS. And each MT4 contains tickdata for many pairs. For instance at one MT4 there's over 600 GB of fxt-files. Now my SSD-drive where C: and Windows is located is ONLY 250 GB, and it's regarded as a fairly large SSD-disk. Only a very stupid person would demand DATA-files for any Windows-software to forcely be stored at the C-drive. But as we all know now, MetaQuotes have stupid developers!

I have MT4 installed on drive D, with data on drive D. C being my system drive. So it can only be a problem to resolve. Do you need help or not ?

That looks to be from the journal log. It is most likely your experts log that is filling the HD.
Check your experts log and see which indicator/EA has line after line and then either remove it from the chart or fix the code so that it doesn't make so many log entries
