I am not intended to to decompile ex4, I just want to know how to protect my ex4.

 
You can't protect the ex4 until the new compiler. Until then you can place the important logic in a DLL or signal service

Do you know why the programs of the new compiler cannot be decompiled any more?

What is different? How it is protected?

On a thread on the mql5 forum 2 years ago Rosh said all .ex5 programs are encrypted by strong keys, he also said market applications are protected by additional key for the buyer. In the more recent MQ thread WHR posted the link to above, it says ex4/ex5 protection is new and revised so probably an improved version of that .ex5 encryption.
