PS I also need to know the following please:

Where can I find info on how to rent out my indicator as a seller? Do I have to have special code in my indicator so it only works if they keep paying the monthly rent? Thanks

No, you don't need to have special code in your indicator.
Register as seller first, when uploading your product you would find the answers you seek.
