Trade processing disabled

Hi guys

I tried looking up the forums for a reasonable explanation / solution to my questions and also posted a service ticket but to no avail, hoping someone could help me out here. And again, sorry if this sounds like a noob question,

I subscribed to Signal services, not able to get any trades processed, the errors are as follows:

2013.10.16 10:03:00    '11134261': Signal - synchronization failed, processing of trade actions disabled
2013.10.16 10:03:00    '11134261': Signal - synchronization terminated, cannot copy position [#23528546 buy 1.00 GBPUSD at 1.59203 sl: 1.59011]
2013.10.16 10:03:00    '11134261': Signal - trade request failed [Trade is disabled]
2013.10.16 10:03:00    '11134261': order buy 0.01 GBPUSD opening at 0.00000 sl: 0.00000 tp: 0.00000 failed [Trade is disabled]

I changed the %age of account balance, added some funds, reduced equity threshold.. all that have been recommended by far but unable to get someone from MQL5 to help me with this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry just an update, I found that the signal I subscribed to is inactive. Please ignore. However I do mirror a problem which others have pointed out as well, when choosing another signal. The "Signals" tab just says "Not connected"

Is this a limitation of MT4? Will switching to MT5 help?
