unable sending mail

Hello, I have just created a gmx mail account for sending mails with metatrader but the simple test does not work.

I have configured like on the attached picture, where is the problem?

Maybe I have to use my internet access provider like in Outlook, isn't it?

Does gmx allow unsecured SMTP ?

I do not really know but I have looked for in the gmx configuration and I can just deactivate the spam and the virus security

I will certainely not use this function even it will be fine to have email when you loose or you win coins...
