MACD with mail alert?

this MACD with mail alert now working the mail alert it has the option, but does not work

i have set the gmx mail  account from the tools in MT4  

 any body can see if  the codes need some twist

the 2nd file it does not appear in the indicaters files in MT4  only appear the 1st file
