edit and re-compile EA during live trading

I'm trading live, though just for pennies, as I'm still testing. As this is still a test, at times I need to go back to the code and make minor adjustments to the EA that is currently running. My question then is if these changes will apply to the currently running EA, or if I need to close that EA, and then reopen it. I know it should rerun from the Start() with every tick, and as this isn't a scalping system or anything, it should be fine. I just wasn't sure if it held the system in temporary memory or something while it's running. Thanks
 
i want to do trading on my mobile, i have the latest nokia 5230, touch screen, up to 16 gb memory, wifi, bluetooth, almost every thing but i can not download thr trading software. pls help

Do your development and recompilation on another MT4 platform instance as your running EA will be reloaded otherwise. It is obviously not good practise to release un-tested changes into a live environment - especially one where money is concerned.

Have you still got the boxes and receipts for your computer and your phone? I hope so.

Thanks for the reply cloudbreaker. The program is mostly done, just making a few tweaks now that it's trading live. Of course I'm only using .01 mini lots at the moment. Thanks again.
