History file, M1, EURGBP

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am still working on some features of my EA.

I would like to test it backwards for very long.

One of the timeframes I use is 1M.

The number of bars available for me shows about 25% modelling quality.

I would like to improve this.

So, can someone please tell me:

Where can i get, download or however retrieve a EURGBP M1 history file with period from today backwards 1 or 2 or 3 or more years?

How do I apply it. This maybe I can manage for myself. ;-)

Thanks to the helpful spirits

The maximum modelling quality is 25% on M1 data.

If your EA needs accurate tick data, then modeling is not what you need (at any %). You'll need to:

- find a source of tick data

- get yourself an earlier build version (try 208) of the MT4 platform

- import tick data into the history center

- uncheck the "recalculate" box

If, on the other hand, all your EA needs is an accurate candle every minute, then go with your M1 data and ignore the modeling quality % as it is irrelevant for you in this case.
