Signal sync log problem with viachi

Since last maket opening, my jounral does not show sync info and positions when it connects to the signal. Never had this before.

I did not see any activity today yet either.

Is it normal, does anyone have the same problem here ?

 I suspect that the signal master is just not online yet, wich sucks....

Seems that the signal is currently not available, maybe you can try to contact to author.

EDIT : The signal is now ok apparently (13H40 GMT).

done - i still have the problem but the signal looks active.

 I even tried on other computers and i have the same issue. 

I have no idea why i cannot connect to it further anymore  :(

Is everyting fine for other users ?

I have the same issue with Venus111 just today while it worked perfectly until last Friday. Did you solve it in the meantime?

It's the same broker as viachi, maybe a broker issue ?

I think it's not a broer issue.
I've different broker but i have the same problem with mt4.
I don't receive signal update

I'm using venus111 signals as well and the same problem with me too, since the market open this week the trades stoped excuting on my account !! even I can't see in my Journal Tab the syc message !! I'm using FXDD and never had any issue since I started two months ago with same signal provider ''venus111''
