fixed chart position

Hi,

that little triangle at the left button of the chart window called "fixed chart position" is intended to be used for what? I could not find any redding about that. I would love if that triangle would have the exactly outcome of the little triangle at the right top of the chart window called "chart shift". so please, if you could drop some line with some idea about the utility of this first triangle ("fixed chart position"), I will must appreciate that,,,
 
Move the bottom left triangle to a time on your chart

zoom in, zoom out, it helps the chart stay at that time.

Useful when you scroll back on 4hr and zoom in to some point on 15min, for example
