Are you looking for someone to implement your specification into an EA or are you looking for an EA?
If your are looking for an implementor, how on earth that he must responsible for the result of the EA?
An implementor must responsible only that the EA must work as specified, he should not responsible whether the EA will be profitable or not.
So you're telling us that: "Oops my idea for the EA doesn't work, so you will not get your $5K?"
