Don't worry i will not sell product that is not going to work on live accounts. I really hate scammers as our so-called financial system is a scam of giant proportions. (fiat, out-of-thin-air money creation, inflation, fractional reseve lending)
And a little hint - if you bought those EAs and they only work in back-tests and not on live accounts all please RATE them to give other users feedback and warnings that they should not buy them. (you were talking about Bobra, Angry Beaver, etc) If what you say is true, authors of these EAs are getting richer and users get poorer. Some other users may pay 1000-2500 usd for totally useless product. Have mercy for them! Those EAs you have mentioned in the comments have only good ratings (like 4-5 stars), why you - disapointed users dont give 1 star? I also have an idea how to make tester detect fradulent EAs that work only in back-tests, (MetaQuotes would have to want to listen to my hits regarding the changes in backtester - additional option about tick random delays - i have to examine differences betwen live and backtests more before any real suggestions; now we have only order random delays) but I need to experiment, test and examine the results more! Too many people have lost money, that they earned hard working and ripping out their veins producing real goods and services. And their money go into the hands of fraudsters that live off scamming people.
Tester has modeled ticks (mt5) therefore scalpers eas have to be tested only online (live and demo accounts).
For mt4 you can import real ticks by special software and test scalper ea but it also impossible to find decent settings for live in most cases, because tester has 1 sec delay and scalper ea doesn't will not show proper result again. You will get different entries with your realticks tester mt4 and your mt4 live account finally.
Another one thing that you have to know is that choosing of broker and good vps are very important for scalper eas. If your broker has bad order execution or big spreads or you use tester's "great" settings you will think that you bought bad market product and seller with his scammer ea is a fraud though you just need to test it more time. The best way is to ask seller for help with testing. I have customers that think out in my ea without my help. They find settings and decent broker but they professional traders. Other people ask me to help them to make their trading profitable and I did.
People not always give good ratings when earn with an ea they bought but easy give a bad rating if something go wrong. Sometimes you can see diffent rating from 1-5 star but it's just because ea-customers had different expirience with a product they bought (mistakes above or without help of a seller or both problems)) ).
Every seller test ea live because it can't bring money without live testing .But live signal or any statements are "succes of yesteday" and it's not gurantee of profit in the future. Customers must get profit in their accounts it is the main thing for them on my mind. Sometimes brokers can make trade conditions worth if you always earn. You just must be ready to understand it and change something (settings, broker....) if it's happened ( rare case) . It would be better to have few reserve live settings and brokers to work with. This way scalper ea will work all your life.
Most brokers has different execution demo and real accounts. It would be better test it on real small account if your ea is a scalper. You will understand that it is not cheap to create scalper ea because while testing live you can loose part of your money with some brokers. Initial deposit must be 200-500$ to start trade sometimes.

the strategy has both MT4 and MT5 and free and commercial versions.
History in MT4 is a pain in the... And when it comes to BTC-E btc/usd history it is even worse (falsified history in few places - like showing drop to 300 usd while the drop was to 100usd)
