1. Which brokerage firm do you use?
2. Which symbol do you trade?
3. How many pips is the difference between your opening price and stop loss price?
4. Is there any situation where it is still not working despite being used in different markets?

Hi I just purchased this and installed it on my MT5 terminal then added it to the chart for an instrument which I trade. However when I go to the MT5 on mobile I do not see this calculator available. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in getting it set up and running. I'm trusting that the customer service here is exceptional and I was not mislead into a non-functional product.

My concern lies in the absence of error codes or apparent functionality for this product. It does not appear on the mobile MT5 app for my Android devices, and despite being installed on the MT5 Windows terminal, it does not open on the Windows MT5 charts.

I would appreciate assistance in navigating this issue, or alternatively, a refund. However, I prefer to attempt to resolve the issue before pursuing a refund.

In addition, have you followed our video? If you operate your computer according to the video, you should have a blue hat at the top right of the chart.

In particular, it should be noted that any EA must open Algo Trading before dragging EA to the chart.

When you use your mobile phone to make transactions, you must maintain that the MT5 software in your computer is running continuously.

Finally, the MT5 in the mobile phone will not appear any icon of EA (any EA is the same)

Hello, thank you for your question. Our EA can already calculate the correct lot size using market prices.

Same as setting up a limit order, but you need to switch to using a current price order

if i switch mt5 off on computer, the calculator isn't working on my phone.
is it possible to use with multiple trading accounts?
i have 2 accounts and the calculator works only with 1 and only if it runs on pc.

Or you can also rent VPS and activate VPS on your account, so that you don't have to turn on the computer all the time.

1.The capital is relatively small, resulting in less trading volume than the minimum lot in the market.


2.The stop loss price is too small, resulting in leverage exceeding the load of the account.


The following is the way to solve the problem：


1.Open a 100K demo account to use this EA to see if it can work normally.


2.If it still can't run, please adjust the stop loss price in this demo account to see if it can work normally.

I tested it yesterday using FPMarkets and found no issues.

Please note that before using the EA, you must make sure that the "Alto Trading" button has turned green, and then you can pull the EA onto the chart for use.

It is works fine for example with eu,gu but i have an issue with EURGBP and GBPCHF. it isn't calculate the lot size.
