your pnf chart indicator is a really good work. And realy nice is the mobility plus zoom. I like it.

But the 1 Box charts working wrong.  If you correct the error,  I will purchase it!

I have posted a new version (ver. 1.1) with new input parameter - Compress_1_Box_Chart [true/false]. When set to true, it will draw the 1-box chart as you like it. This new version will be available as soon as the moderator accepts it.

I downloaded the demo version but it doesn't worl om Meta Trader 5.

 What should I do?

I like this indicator and I intend to buy it for sure as I trade with only PnFs however, I have two questions 

1)  Why does it keep blinking not that this is an issue but it is a distraction.

2) From this link http://soft4fx.com/software/pnf-chart-5.php why is the price way above the green Xs and it was not marked already? I haven't witnessed this but I am just curios. 

Hey, I bought the PnF but like I pointed out, WTI has tanked to 48.15 and yet there are no corresponding O's.

Could you also share the indicator's settings that you used? I will check it on WTI with your settings.

In particular, which mode are you using: CLOSE or HIGH/LOW?

I use High low, pips and on a 1 minute.

Yes, it appears that the indicator does not work properly. It keeps blinking, has refreshing problems and works slowly. It was probably caused by new builds (updates) of MT5, because it worked correctly before. I am sorry for this problem.

I will try to fix the problem and update the product. However, it may take a few days, since every new update must also be approved manually by market moderators.

You also have the possibility to return the product and have you money back within 7 days (rules of the market). There are still 5 days left.

Cool! I doubt I want to return it because there is no other PnF out there.

However, I have a simple strategy I want to automate because there is no chance I can trade it manually. Can we have a private chat to discuss. I actually can program other languages but I am a bit lazy to learn MT5.

1) I have updated the program to version 1.2. It should become available in a few days. I made some speed optimizations to reduce blinking of the chart. If you are using a laptop, please also consider plugging it in. Laptops working on battery often offer lower performance to save power.

2) The indicator updates the chart only after closing of each candle, regardless of CLOSE or HIGH-LOW modes. For example, if it is attached to H1, the PnF chart will be updated only once per hour. This is why the last price visible on the price scale may be way off from the last X or O. This effect can be seen on program's screenshots.

On M1 chart the PnF chart is updated every minute. However, the M1 WTI chart that you uploaded looks very sparse. There are only few 1-minute candles per hour and all other candles are missing. It means that the indicator will update the chart quite rarely. It may explain why there are no O's corresponding to current price. The indicator still waits for a new candle to appear.

Secondly, the chart is not accurate. I have a program that basically tracks prices just like a PnF and prints it on the terminal. There are many points the charts leaves out.

I think the better way to program it might be in real time because the program I use is in real time.

What do you think?

Yes, update (version 1.2) is already available. If it does not solve your problems, you can still ask for a refund. We can arrange it somehow.

My indicator is as accurate as the chart you attach it to. If it is attached to M1, it will be as accurate as 1-minute chart. If you attach it to D1 chart, it will be as accurate as daily chart. If you need a softwate that updates the chart in real-time (tick-by-tick), you have to search somewhere else.

The above screenshot is just an example, but it shows where the update option is located. In your terminal (Ctrl+T) please go to Market tab and then to Downloads tab. Every product that you bought should have an Update option, unless it is already up-to-date. The latest version of my indicator is 1.2, so please check if you already have it.  (the screenshot is in Polish language, but Aktualizacja means Update)

If this option is missing or you have problems with using it, please contact Metatrader service desk. I am not capable of fixing any problems with Metatrader or the market myself.
