Am sorry for the late reply. Have you tried changing the values for the below:

Server - GMT offset (in minutes) - without DST » 0 - this is according to the Server, which I suppose is GMT+0. This can also be negative if the Server is in NYC, then it will be -300 (5*60). Don’t add the DST minutes (60) even if it’s applicable.

Server - DST Applied as per Time Zone » Here you need to check from your broker, where the server is located, to sync with any DST changes, when it happens.

Do note that some brokers have Server timings as GMT+2 (for Server time) i.e. 120 minutes, but their server is in New York (for DST changes).

The indicator does an internal check with the above settings and will provide an “Input Error” if it does not match with server time. If you hover your mouse over it, the system will display the error in a tooltip.

It caused my GMT rectangle to be one in the middle or two in the middle for the previous days. I sent a photo of the settings and a photo of the chart.

Works well as hoped for. In addition, I would also like to see the session label to appear at the "current" or present-time location on the chart. (The label would continuously paint as the price bars newly paint).

Thanks for the suggestion! Placing the session label at the current bar sounds useful, but when multiple sessions are selected it can disrupt the overall alignment and aesthetics of the chart. The current design keeps labels balanced across sessions for clarity. I’ll keep your idea in mind for future refinements.
