This can have a lot of reasons... Is manual placing pending orders possible? Is in the common-tab of the Easy Order Creator (Press F7) "Life trading allowed" checked?
Is in the main settings of the terminal "Automatic trading allowed" active? (Options) Do you see a happy smiley in the upper right corner of your chart-window?
What does the journal of the terminal show?

Every thing is checked but  see an unhappy smile, is it something in the settings. Placing manual orders is not a problem...

I am sorry, just switched screen, so was not smiling. now it's smiling but no trading allowed. Whatever sl / tp level I take

Hi,

in the parameter-list (F7) you can set ResetValuePips to 15 and TPSLRatioAfterReset to 0.75.
If you press reset in the easy-order-creator, the result should be ok. Or - just move the TP and SL lines to the desired levels. The tool will show you the actual TP-SL-ration in real time.

Normally they shoul be executed in milliseconds. Do you trade on a virtual machine?

Ok, maybe it was my connection. I have tested again and now orders are executed in milliseconds as you say.

Hi Martin, when I first load the EA, the red/blue/green lines for take profit/entry/stop loss prices appear and I can use without problem. But recently, when I restart MT4, the blue, red & green horizontal lines disappear. I need to delete the EA then reload it to show the lines again. What should I do?

Matin, pls ignore this question, I figured out, the lines reappear by pressing reset. Thanks. MN

Really a nice tool, but it crashes the MT4 whenevr I start moving lines... Restart ist necessary then, so I can't use it. A pity.

at the moment, you're the only one with this problem. Do you use other tools in the MT4? Please tell me the build-number of your MT4 terminal.

Hey man! great work on this tool - only one problem I have with it is the default line colour doesn't work with my template. I really don't want to change my whole template to accommodate this, is there any way you can add the line colours to the inputs?

Sorry. No. I've nevver seen this before. Please tell me the build-number of your terminal. Are there any other open experts or indicators on your chart? Did you try this tool on a clean chart?

Thanks for the quick reply. There are no other indicators or EAs on the chart. No modifications done to MT4 at all, other than this. It's the full paid version and was working fine for a couple hours until this. I have also tried restarting the platform, computer, resetting values, changing the chart styles etc. The MT4 build version is 1090.

That's strange. I've build 1090 too and no problems. Tell me something about your computer. OS version, free memory, memory and cpu load of the mt4 in the task-manager.
Are there any error-messages in the expert- or journal-log?
Does the problem occur direct on startup?

I have windows 10, tons of free memory and the CPU load for mt4 is around 180mb -> 190mb. I do have a 4k screen, but successfully used the EA with a setting of 300 for the sizing. No errors in the journal and have also deleted / re-installed the software. I did actually manage to get it working on other currency pairs, this is currently only and issue on EUR/USD which unfortunately is the only one that I trade. All I have in the journal log is "loaded succesfully" for all the pairs I selected, including EUR/USD. I've also experimented with different window sizing. Unfortunately, still showing what I posted above. If window sizing is at 100, I see nothing other than the horizontal lines placed on the chart.
