Hi Kyra,

I see the potential for LR2 EA, but I am experiencing some difficulty in getting correct settings for SGDJPY recovery.

Please provide some assistance or advice on what settings you recommend me to try.

I am finding it difficult to determine the Zone in Points: nothing is printed on the chart to help me know if my Zone distance is correct or too large. I am not seeing LR2 take remedial action despite reducing the Zone from 50 down to 10.

However, as developer, I would hope you can give me some suggestions / ideas for the Zone distance, as I reduced it from 50 to 10, and I am not seeing further action being taken by LR2.

I would like faster recovery with higher risk.

I look forward to the update and hopefully it will help users such as myself determine the best settings for themselves.

Hi,

For silver, you can use Distance to Start=1000 (for 3-digits symbol). Other settings are default.

Hey Kyra, thanks for your reply and if you can help me with the GOLD settings would be great! Should i set Distance to Start=1000 (i got 3 decimals broker) and maybe any other setting? Thank you again!

The settings depends on your account conditions and your risk plan. Typically about 20$ (20000 points) is good selection for Gold. 1000 is very very small value.

Of course. As described on the above post, 20$ can be a typical selection for zone height of XAUUAD. (Depending on your position size and account free margin.)

Ok, I think I need some help to better understand how LR2 works and with settings, attached is a picture where only LS2 positions are left open and all positions opened by other EAs have been closed by him at a profit

  •     It is recommended to disable any trading operations by other EAs on recovery started positions.

    • After starting recovery, if another EA makes changes or closes some positions on the basket, the recovery process may fail.

    Hi, No Need to transfer. Just install another terminal and download from market easily.

    If you have one terminal, no need to install another instance of EA. Just login to your account. EA will be accessible on all accounts on the installed terminal.

    Changing settings are possible easily. There are some problems on your terminal or your operation. Please check journal/expert logs to find errors.

    You can try on another clean terminal also.

    If you need more help, you can give remote connection info on PV to connect and setup EA on your terminal.

    I am trying to attach this LR2 into many different charts, but every time I set it for one chart and go to the next, the 'Inputs' tab disappears

    after that.

    I think this is not normal, because I should be able to go back again to that chart and change the LR2 settings, as many times as I want.
