I just purchase this product and all seem to work except the "timeframe" for the alerts. Eg. I want to put the indicator on a 5 minute timeframe and have it send me alerts on a 30 minute interval, but when I do so, it send me alerts every five minutes, which is the current chart. I could have use the current timeframe parameter if I had wanted it to alert me on the timeframe chart that I am on. Could you please fix it for me so that it work in this way?

Hi Karl,

Thank you for purchasing the product. In regards with your inquiry, this alert indicator works will depend on your selected time frame. Eg. If you have selected the 5m timeframe from the indicator input settings, it will sends you an alert when price touched or closed above/below the line on a 5m bar/candle. It will only check the price movement every 5m interval.

Thank you for you reply, in reference to your explanation, I want to select a M15 chart and have the indicator send me alert ever H1 (hour). In the indicator parameter settings, I selected the H1 time-frame but it still sends me alert every 15 minutes. If the indicator time-frame parameter is available, what is it used for?
