As for your query, Trend Laser is a manual trading tool that can be combined with any indicator.

There are a lot of ways to trade trend laser and this will actually depend on your trading style and preferences.

After you have tested the demo version of Volume Critical and Trend Laser and has compared results you will be able to personally determine if the strategy or combo will work for your trading needs

Prior to purchase we suggest that you test the demo version first to make sure if you will be choosing the right indicator for you and to get accustomed to its use.

Trend Laser is a manual trading tool meaning it can be used as a complementary tool to the current trading strategy that you already have in improving your trading decision. It can be combined with any standard indicators found in your mt4 platform and to any other Pipfinite products as you wish as long as it will fit your trading style or trading requirements. Therefore, there are a lot of ways of using Trend Laser to your trading. Trend Laser can be used as a point of entry by setting its period to 2-3 and as a trend filter by setting its period from 5 and above but overall its use will depend on your preference and how want to use it in relation to your trading system.

Since it is a manual tool, it requires trader's discretion at all times note that it does not include exit strategy so it is a trader's discretion on how he will manage his own trading positions.

To determine if Trend Laser is the right tool for you, we suggest that you test the demo version first before you purchase to get accustomed to its use and to determine if it fits your requirements to avoid purchasing regrets.

Hi Karlo, would you consider making the indicator to provide information on the MAE (i.e. the exact opposite of Best Profit) and its average. This might be useful for traders who want to build a loss exit strategy around such data. 

Also, could you consider making the indicator display a kind of dashboard where it shows the trend on other timeframes. This will provide an instant visual for those who want to use higher TFs for trend filter. If possible, you can allow users to choose the "filter period" which will be used for the dashboard codes.

Because of the nature of the calculation used in the indicator, we cannot display multi-time frame in one chart. Since we don't want bugs and possible errors calculated by the indicator especially when new ticks are loaded, the best solution is to manually change time frame.

Regarding your other requests, we will look into it in the future updates and would depend on client's requests and needs.

I was wondering if you could consider making the indicator to have an option to calculate max profit & max loss (with their averages) at the turn of a new signal - in addition to the MFE & MAE. This will provide a more perspective, especially for conservative traders. 

If you are worried about using up the available buffers in your current indicator, then I wouldn't mind paying for another indicator that would store and output those values. Same thing with the Breakout Analyzer.

Could it be possible to have an external parameter where users input "minimum profit pips", which will be used in evaluating successful trades. 

Say, a user inputs 20, then a trade can only be considered successful if it moves 20 pips above the close (or high/low) of the signal bar. A value of 0 will make the indicator work the way it is currently. 

So if the system is evaluating 10 trades with the following results in pips: (+50, +75, -10, +38, +15, +75, +8, -9, +45, +12). If a trader used 20 as "minimum profit pips", then the indicator will output only 5 (50%) as successful trades, but if the trader used 0 as" minimum profit pips",  then the indicator will output 8 (80%) as successful trades.

So far we are not releasing other versions of the indicator other than here in mql5.

We have answered the question regarding added features, and we will only add as needed. Based on

majority of client needs. We cant just add new codes because it can cause bugs and

major slow down of the indicator which will affect its performance.

The current features the indicator has is enough to be used properly,

 

If you wish to have other calculations, it can be done through extensive backtest and implementing the indicator in an EA  

 

It is easy to add many features in an indicator and overload the function, the problem is most clients are using a vps

that does not have too much resources. So we need to balance performance v.s features to have an overall good

compatibility to all clients

If you wish deeper optimization, you can have an ea run it and analyze the signals get the data you wish to have.

You can have a programmer code an ea for you like most of our clients did.

I purchased this trend laser but I did not find any user friendly instruction manual about each meaning of Allow DLL imports, Allow external experts imports, and Allow modification of Signals settings.

Another thing was that in the video, I found the trend trading simulator at the right corner showing the buy order, sell order, stop loss, target profit, and others, where do we receive it ?
