Hi,

When I click on the pair button to open the chart, it has no indicator on it unlike your video. It just shows a basic chart.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

Just create a Template file in Metatrader's templates folder. E.g if filename is Template1.tpl

In Dashboard settings, for "Use Template for New Window" just write Template1

Now when you click on a button it will open new chart with that template.

Make sure "OnButtonClick Open New Window" is true. If it's false then it will open chart in current window and won't apply the template.

So, I just create a "blank" template and it will load up 3LZZ indicator in the new chart?? 

Actually you'll need to create the template. I'll message you my template file and indicators which I used in the video.

Hi. Once you buy, you'll get the indicator file in your Market folder inside Metatrader 4.

Or you'll also see it in Profile -> Purchases.

You need to create a template with the 3LZZ indicator and add that template name in the dashboard's properties.

I have talked about it in the video and the product description.

I have just rented the Scanner and all setup.I have added 15 pairs using the M5, M15, M30 and H1 and added my own template.

The scanner appears to be working fine, the numbers are starting to appear etc

However, I just got a 3 (1) green (bullish) square light up - when I clicked on this square the chart opened up correctly with my template - but there was no yellow dot with the number 3 on my chart, in fact there were no dots showing at all. Only my chart with my own indicators (template) as I am writing this a few more squares have lit up across various TF and pairs, as before when i open the chart directly from the scanner there are no dots showing on any of the charts.

Appreciate if you could please help.

Actually this is just a Dashboard.

To get Dashboard to open a template in a New Window, just specify the 3LZZ template name in "Use Template For New Window"

Or you can also create your own custom template and use that instead. Just add the 3LZZ_TRO_EXT indicator to that template.
