Also when I open a new pair/tab from the left panel it always has chart autoscroll on it, is there a way to not have this from options? That way I can scroll back and look at past, which is very important for scalping.

Hi!  No problems!
The new version 19.9 adds the ability to disable/enable "Chart To Top" in the settings when a new signal.

You can disable chart auto-scrolling on any chart by pressing F8 (or by right-clicking on the chart field) and disable "chart autoscroll" in the chart properties on the "common" tab.
In order for your Template settings to be saved at the next starts, you need to set COLOR_SCHEME = 3  in the indicator properties. Do not forget to do the same when you first start new versions.

В новой версии 19.9 добавлена возможность в настройках отключать/включать "Chart To Top" при новом сигнале.
Авто-прокрутку графика на любом чарте вы можете отключить нажав F8 (или кликнув правой кнопкой мышки на поле графика) и в свойствах чарта на вкладке "common" отключить "chart autoscroll".
Чтобы ваши настройки Template сохранялись и при следующих стартах, надо поставить в свойствах индикатора COLOR_SCHEME =3. Это же не забывайте делать и при первом старте новых версий.

1. It is safe to buy on the mql5 website, but always look at the address bar of the browser so that it is https and closed lock. If it is not possible to make a purchase (rent) from MT4 or on the mql5 website, or it is impossible to write a review, I ask you to go to the mql5 Forum and write a question to administrators.

2. Avoid visiting sites that immediately redirect to another address or immediately require something then confirm - this is a sign that there may be scammers.

3. ABOUT TESTING. For beginners and not experienced in using MT4, you need to know the features of the Tester.
If you installed the Terminal (or its new version) today, then proper testing is possible only from yesterday. Attempts to test earlier dates will lead to errors in quotes.

Some indicators do not control them, but mine controls and displays "Data not found". And in tests for periods of M5 and more, you will see that the stochastics in the indicator window "do not move." It means that not all quotes or their history is “broken” (contains errors) and the correct test is not possible.

If you tested some dates on the previous version of the Terminal and there are their files in the Tester folders (.fxt) then even after installing the new MT4 version you will see the correct tests for these dates.

1. Безопасно покупать на сайте mql5, но всегда смотрите на адресную строку браузера - чтобы был https и закрытый замок. Если невозможно оформить покупку(аренду) из МТ4 или на сайте mql5, или невозможно написать отзыв, прошу вас зайти на форум mql5 и написать вопрос администраторам.

2. Избегайте заходить на сайты, которые сразу перенаправляют на другой адрес или сразу требуют что-то подтвердить - это признак что там могут быть мошенники.

3. О ТЕСТИРОВАНИИ. Новичкам и не имеющим опыта использования МТ4 надо знать особенности Тестера.
   Если вы сегодня установили Терминал (или его новую версию), то правильное тестирование возможно лишь с вчерашнего дня. Попытки тестировать более ранние даты приведут к ошибкам в котировках.

Обычные индикаторы их не контролируют, но мой контролирует и покажет "Data not found". А в тестах на периодах М5 и больше вы увидите, что стохастики в окне индикатора "не двигаются". Это значит что котировки не все или их история "битая" (содержит ошибки) и правильный тест не возможен.
   Если на предыдущей версии Терминала вы тестировали какие-то даты и папках Тестера есть их файлы (.fxt) то и после установки новой версии МТ4 вы будете видеть правильные тесты этих дат.
