As written in the product description the graphics (lines and arrows) will not be drawn on the chart where you have loaded the indicator. The panel with the signals should be visible though. If you cannot see the panel then please if you can send me a screenshot where I can see all indicator settings (parameters).

The chart on which the indicator is loaded is not changing with this indicator. Just that the panel with signals is visible, as shown on one of the screenshots in the product description.

Maybe I have misunderstood your question. Then please if you can clarify what is missing.

If you mean the problem with the minimized panel then this is a problem (bug) in Metatrader itself. It can be solved in the following way. Plese click on the Chart Restore button so that the chart will not cover the whole workspace. Then click on the Restore button in the Panel list. After that you can maximize the chart again. That will solve it. Please see screenshot below for guidance.

I have to honest and say that I have absolutely no experience with the volatility index. Technically it will of course work as long as it is offered as a symbol by your broker. But I cannot say anything about the reliability of the signal. I am so sorry.

Wonder if you could help please. I installed your product this morning and this afternoon it detected a double top - great! I clicked on the line in the indicator window after I received the MT5 alert and it opened a chart based on a basic template with only S&R and pivots but it has not drawn lines at the extremum or the neck line - am I doing something wrong? Thank you Karl

Hi Karl and thanks for using my scanner :-)

I think that you are doing it correctly. We will have to somehow solve this step by step. Please first if you can try to create a blank template without any indicators on it and then save it and use that template in the 'Template name' parameter. Please let me know if the lines are drawn.

Hi Jan

I changed to a bare template and added some lower timeframes to detect to try and generate a DT and sure enough one arrimed on M1. Again on clicking in the indicator box the chart opens but nothing drawn. I've added a screenshot - not that it gives much away!!

Any ideas please?
