Market Depth Pro: Input Parameter Guide

1. General Settings

• Bottom UI Height (Pixels): Sets the vertical height of the bottom button. Increase this value for high-resolution (4K) screens.

• Font Size: Controls the text size for the dashboard and button elements.

• Show HUD: Toggles the main "Heads Up Display" panel on or off.

• Spread Warning Limit (Pips): A safety feature that changes the display color if the spread exceeds this value.

• Confluence Text Color: The color used for text notifications regarding market confluence signals.

2. Depth of Market (DOM)

• DoM save file: The filename used to store historical order flow data. This ensures data persists even after restarting the terminal.

• DoM backup interval: The frequency (in seconds) at which the indicator saves data to the hard drive.

• Bar Scale: Adjusts the visual length of the volume bars. Higher values make the bars extend further to the left.

• Pips per DOM bars: Determines the price granularity (bucket size) for the volume bars.

  • Lower values provide higher definition for scalping.

  • Higher values aggregate data for a broader market view.
    

  • Adjust this value according to the pair. Usually 2 times the spread size.

• Minimum DoM hit: The minimum number of ticks required at a price level before a bar is drawn. Useful for filtering out market noise.

• [MEMORY] Max levels to keep: Limits the maximum number of price levels stored in RAM to optimize performance.

• [MEMORY] Delete levels > X points away: Automatically removes old data that is far from the current price to free up memory.

• Buyers move: The color representing aggressive buying volume (Ask hits).

• Sellers move: The color representing aggressive selling volume (Bid hits).

• Delta Font Size: The size of the text displaying the volume delta (difference between buys and sells) at the end of the bars.

• Distance from RIGHT edge: Sets the margin between the DOM bars and the right edge of the chart window.

3. Volume Profile

• Show Left Volume Profile: Toggles the display of the historical volume profile on the left side of the chart.

• Candles to calculate: The number of past candles used to calculate the volume profile.

• Profile Color: The color of the volume profile histogram.

• Max width in Pixels: The maximum horizontal width the volume profile can occupy on the screen.

4. Market Narrative

• Show Market Narrative: Toggles the text display that analyzes the current market context.

• How many bars back to check: The lookback period used to determine the market narrative.

• Bullish Label Color: Color for bullish narrative text.

• Bearish Label Color: Color for bearish narrative text.

• Neutral/Structure Color: Color for neutral or consolidation narrative text.

5. Absorption & Exhaustion Alerts

• Toggle Labels on Chart: Enables or disables text labels for absorption and exhaustion signals.

• Min DOM Delta to qualify: The volume threshold required to trigger an absorption alert. Higher values reduce the frequency of alerts, highlighting only significant events.

6. News Settings

• Show News: Toggles the display of upcoming economic calendar events.

• Look ahead (Minutes): The time window for scanning future news events (e.g., 1440 minutes = 24 hours).

• Label Color: The color of the news warning text.

• Font Size: The text size for news alerts.

7. ADR Settings (Average Daily Range)

• Show ADR Gauge: Toggles the visual gauge showing the current daily range versus the historical average.

• Days to calculate Average: The number of days used to calculate the average daily range.

• Width of the horizontal gauge (Pixels): The visual width of the ADR bar on the chart.

8. Liquidity Rails (PDH/PDL)

• Show Previous Day High/Low: Toggles the automatic plotting of the Previous Day's High and Low.

• Color of lines: The color used for the PDH and PDL lines.

• Width of lines: The thickness of the PDH and PDL lines.

По скриншоту вижу, что это Natural Gas (NG).

Проблема та же самая: значение 50.0 в настройках создает шаг гистограммы, который больше, чем весь видимый экран! Для газа (NG) это значение нужно сильно уменьшить.

Как исправить:

1. Зайдите в настройки (Inputs).

2. Найдите Points per DOM bars.

3. Измените значение с 50.0 на 1.0 (или даже 0.5).

Сейчас один "блок" стакана занимает 0.500 пункта цены, а у вас весь экран показывает только 0.100. Поэтому вы видите сплошную стену. Поставьте 1.0, и появятся нормальные полоски.
