The bot is a tool, not a profit guarantee, and aggressive risk on a small balance will lead to drawdown. Refunds are not applicable for user misconfiguration, but I’m open to reviewing your setup to explain what went wrong.

First there was a problem with the bot but after updating the bot it now performs well both on backtest, demo and real account. Im happy thanks Gun Gun for sorting out the bot.
