Should the EA be stopped on Friday and the FOMC?

Hello Yasuhito, I don't stop my EAs during Fridays or when there are news. The news usually make the movements in the market and most of the EAs trades exactly during such movements. In such cases i usually recommend to my users this: do what will make you sleep better. Let me know if you have other questions.

How do I set the lot size?

Hi, You can set it from the EA settings. The parameters are AutoMM and FixedLots. When AutoMM > 0 then the EA automatically calcuates the lot size based on AutoMM value and your account balance. For example if you set AutoMM=1 the EA will trade with 1% risk. If you wish to trade with a fixed lot size then set AutoMM=0 and FixedLots=0.01 and the EA will trade with 0.01 lots. You can set any lot size on this parameter.

How much should the balance be?

Hello Yasuhito, AutoMM parameter is for automatic lot size calculation. It works but i guess you have not set it correctly. It is good to have at least $1000 balance. Please in future if you have any questions or problems write me in chat so i can help you quickly.

Hello Yasuhito, You can set AutoMM=0.5 this should be ok for 1000 account.
