As far as I can see, your broker has the "m" suffix. Please include it in the symbol name. The comment in the order logs clearly indicated this.

I already detailed the issues...for 19 of the 23 channels,whenever a signal comes in, a trade is not executed..when I check the reason from the expert tab it is saying,"trade modification failed.Reason 146..some time it says "reason 1"...do I have towrite this 19 times?...some channels when a signal comes in,no trade executed, when I check the expert tab, it says," deleting info for ticket 45806571"...the EA executes a gold trade from one channel,then 15 mins later from the same channel it says, "couldn't find any match for gold from symbol list"..chart GBPCHF..look at the proofs because you think I am making this stuff up...I don't need to want to create mischief..

Please provide the text of your signal, the settings you're using, and the error you're getting. I'm designing it myself and will provide you with an answer. Don't post all 19 signals; just post the one with the problem, and we'll discuss troubleshooting using that example.

Remove the keywords defining the entry price, then the order will be opened at market price.
It's important that the stop loss and take profit are valid for execution. For example, for a sell order, the stop loss must be above the market price and the take profit must be below the market price, then the order can be opened at market price.
Here's an example of executing your signal without taking the order price into account. (This example was done on Bitcoin, since it's the weekend and the gold market is closed.)
this is my issue:on one chart(chfsgd) it identifies the symbol(gold or xauusd) and on another chart(audjpy) it cant find a match even though both charts having the same symbol settings.check the screenshots...this is the issue with most of the channels, with all having the same symbol setting.
Provide the text of your signal that won't be copied.

Please attach the full Experts and Journal logs as files (not copied lines), covering the time when the issue occurs.
Without the complete logs, the problem cannot be analyzed.

the EA does not accept signal with the word GOLD which some signal providers use. i even put the code GOLD=XAUUSD in the Custom Symbol Matches row, yet it does not accept such signal with the word GOLD. It gives error message as: Could not find any match for GOLD in symbol list.
Pls is there any other thing i need to do so that the error will not continue.

Hi,
the message “Could not find any match for GOLD in symbol list” means the EA does not recognize how GOLD is written in the signal or how it is named by your broker.
Please check the following:
the exact text of the signal where GOLD is used;
the exact broker symbol name (for example: XAUUSD , XAUUSDm , GOLD , GOLD# , etc.);
the Custom Symbol Matches format (must be SIGNAL_SYMBOL=BROKER_SYMBOL , separated by commas, no spaces).
To analyze this correctly, please post the issue in the Product Comments section and attach:
the full Telegram signal text,
a screenshot of EA Inputs (Symbol settings),
a screenshot of the Experts tab.
Without this information it’s not possible to determine why the symbol is not matching.
