I bought Batman and successfully downloaded an activated it on my PC (Windows 7).
Then I was going to do the same on a VPS (Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise). Exactly the same procedure. I log in with my MQL5 account so I can see the EA under Market/Purchased. See attached image. It says "Product is purchased, but not downloaded" and a Install button. When I click the button, nothing happens. There are no error messages in Experts tab.
I tried to copy the file to the data folder manually. The text about the product is purchased but not downloaded disappears, but then there is an error "cannot load ....ex4" when I try to open the EA.
It does not help to run MT4 as administrator.
I have no clue why it fails, please help!

Of course, You can not open EA because that is .ex4 file. The problem is if you can backtest or not?

I meant that I cannot attach it to a chart. The settings window for the EA does not appear.

I tried it now, it works to attach the indicator to the chart, but not the EA.

So it's the same error as when I try to attach it to a chart.

Remember Each EA has only 5 activations. How many times do you activate it? If less than 5, please close MT4 and reopen. If it can not run I can help you via Teamviewer. I am free from 21:00-22:00. (GMT+7) It is 14:00-15:00 in London, UK

今天准备购买，随手出错，点了继续租用，郁闷！！！
使用的感觉最大的一点就是，这类EA对服务器挺挑剔，除了选择合适的交易环境外，参数也很敏感，我尽量往保守方向设置。

It is a losing month so far, but be patient; Batman will begin to win again tomorrow.
EA is sensitive to broker, just pick a good broker, not a scam broker.
