Rescue Trader MT5 ist kein Grid- oder Martingale-Experte, da jeder einzelne Trade durch Stop-Loss geschützt ist. Das Hinzufügen neuer Trades zu bestehenden Trades erfolgt über Indikator-basierende Signale und nicht einfach nach festen Abständen, wie es bei Grid-/Matingale-Systemen in der Regel der Fall ist. Für zusätzlichen Schutz sorgt der Drawdown-Recovery-Algorithmus welcher profitable Trades schließt und dabei gleichzeitig ältere mit Verlust behaftete Trades schließt, so das in Summe der geschlossenen Trades, kein Verlust entstanden ist. Aufgrund seiner flexiblen Konfigurationsoptionen kann Rescue Trader MT5 jedoch immer noch so konfiguriert werden, dass er wie ein gewöhnlicher Grid-Expert funktioniert.

Darüber hinaus ist Rescue Trader MT5 ein leistungsstarkes Recovery-System für manuelle und/oder von (anderen) Experten generierte Trades, bei denen es unerwartet zu einem Drawdown gekommen ist. Es umfasst 10 Indikator-basierende Strategien, die einzeln, gruppiert oder vollständig ausgewählt werden können.

Für den manuellen Handel ist zusätzlich zu den Schaltflächen für BUY/SELL/... auch die Festlegung variabler Stop-/Limit-Linien für die Eröffnung von Trades über die zweite Seite des Panels verfügbar. Diese können beliebig in Position und Winkel verändert werden, um Muster wie Dreiecke, Kanäle usw. zu bilden.

Das Onscreen-Panel besteht aus zwei Seiten. Die Anzeige der zweiten Seite mit den Parametereinstellungen wird sichtbar, indem man auf die linke vertikale Logoleiste klickt (oder die D-Taste aud der Tastatur), sodass sich die Hauptseite nach rechts verschiebt. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass bei mehreren Experten, deren Charts vertikal angeordnet sind, der Zugriff auf die Parameter im sichtbaren Bereich ermöglicht wird, ohne dass den Chart vergrößert werden muss.

Die voreingestellte Konfiguration beinhaltet bereits eine profitable Konfiguration für mehrere Währungen sowie Metalle wie Gold. Das Mindestkapital pro gehandeltem Instrument ist abhängig von der Konfiguration und sollte in der Voreinstellung nicht weniger als 1000 USD betragen.

Um mehrere Instrumente zu handeln, wird Rescue Trader MT5 auf dem jeweiligen Chart installiert. Der festgelegte Timeframe ist beliebig und hat keinen Einfluss auf den Handels-Algorithmus. Wenn ein Instrument auf mehreren Charts gehandelt wird, sollten unterschiedliche Magic-Nummern eingestellt werden. Verschiedene Instrumente mit gleicher Magic-Nummer beeinflussen sich jedoch nicht gegenseitig.

​Tipp:

Die Demo-Version ermöglicht bereits im visuellen Backtest viele Funktionen auszuführen, wie im Live-Trading. Lediglich die veränderlichen Parameter auf der zweiten Panel-Seite müssen vorher in den Settings (F7) voreingestellt werden, da MT5 eine Bearbeitung von Edit-Feldern im Demo-Modus nicht unterstützt. Weiterhin muss in den Settings der am Ende der Liste befindliche Parameter „Display Panel in visual Tester Mode“ aktiviert werden.
