Displays the next 5 USD news events directly on the chart

I am looking for a programmer who can program an indicator for me according to given specifications, which will be discussed in the chat. It will be about several indicators to form one and then let this give signals at certain events or situations. Optimally, the whole thing would be connected with a small dashboard to click. More about this with application. In the end i would need the source code too, so it should
