Spezifikation

The developer needs to generate historical Tick chart in MT4 from Tick data present in an external .CSV file (the CSV file is from Dukascopy).

Tick chart generated should be generated from bid/ask prices. MT4 Indicators must work on this tick chart !

Because I am not a programmer, I just suppose that the charts could be 1 second charts but I'm not sure until I test with indicators.
