Spezifikation

I urgently need an experienced programmer to fix the issues that I noticed on my EA.

1. This EA does not open multiple orders at once when attached to multiple pairs with different Magic Numbers. When there are multiple valid signals at once on different pairs, the EA only opens one order, and ignore the rest of the signals. It would not open another trade until the opened order has been closed.

2. This EA uses a custom indicator - RSXM (a free indicator that I got from another website and modified). I expect the EA to place buy order when the color of RSXM is green and the value is increasing ( it does not matter if the value is above or below zero), and I want it to place a sell order when the color of RSXM is red and the value is decreasing ( it does not matter if the value is above or below zero). But I noticed that my Expert Advisor is not following this instruction properly. 

3. I would like the programmer to review the entire code for any other error. 

I have attached both the robot and the custom indicator.
