Fix and improve EA with BB

Add the BE in USD: the BE should be the equilibrium point in which if all the orders are closed the result is zero (including the broker's commissions), that is without any loss. You can put an "extra" in $ to calculate where you must close to earn X% of the Balance.

New Trailling Stop: based on the BE in USD, also add an improved TS that follows the price in Y% of the Balance, but always within the profit range, that is: from the BE to the last order or TP in the case that there is.

The best way to do this is: calculate how much is being earned in total up to that point, subtract Y% from the configured Balance and if it is higher than the BE in USD then go run the Stop to those levels that gives the account.

Verify Average Urgent: it is not working well, I believe that it does not take into account all the DD to do the calculation of where to close with gains; I rely on that sometimes closes with losses and we agree that that should not be, if I put a number higher than 100 or 200 in general there is no problem, but with 100 there is .... 

The best way to do this is: Prohibit closing in negative, with losses, when the Average system is configured with "True"

BUTTONS and LINES: I would like to add the line of the BE, TS, TP and SL, all, being able to differentiate them clearly, for example: those of the BE and that of the TP can be of the same color (red and green as now), and if appears that of the TS then it replaces the BE (orange and turquoise).

The buttons are the classics to have more manual control of the EA:

Close All

Close Buy.

Close Sell.

Open Buy.

Open Sell.

Open Double: this opens buy and sell at the same time, and in independent way.

all other functions (Pyramid, Average, Filters, Stops, TP, TS and BE) preconfigured at that time in the EA, apply to these manual commands.
