Spezifikation

I would like to have the attached indicator converted into an EA so that it can execute orders with some simple parameters. I would like to have the EA buy on blue (upward) signal and sell on a red (downward) signal. The indicator currently gives me alerts when the color changes from one to the other, but I would like it to open orders based on these signals. I would also like to assign a set SL and TP value for the positions the bot opens. I would like the lot size to be adjustable as well. The pair can be any, and the timeframe can be any. 

Please feel free to contact me if my request is too vague. I don't know the language that well (or I'd do this myself) but I'll answer as best as I can so that it is understood what I'm looking for.
