INDICATOR HAS TO BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY A TREND USING
THE CROSS OF THE 13 EMA OVER THE 50 EMA FOR UP TREND
AND THE CROSS OF THE 13 EMA OVER THE 50 EMA FOR A DOWNTREND.
