EA for basic indicator, as well as alert

I need an EA based on 2 indicators and to add an alert to the semafor A indicator

My trading system is based on :Solar Wind Joy indicator and semafor A . The trading platform for this trading system is Metatrader 4.

Time Frame: 15m - 1 hr - 4 hr - Daily

Currency Pair: All Pairs.

    Rules for entry & exit: the idea is than whenever the yellow portion appears on the solar histogram where the trend is down then a new buy position opens and the previous sell closes. as you can see in sample pict, the yellow or white lines will just confirm where there is a pullback ...as written on chart... also confirming the trend change will be the semafor (green circle) while the white circle again will be confirming pullbacks, these is and if possible open an extra position on white circles

Would like to be able to adjust lot sizes as well as trailing or pips for SL, unless is possible just to be automatic at last high for sell or last low for buy

would like also an alert for the semafor only as an indicator to be modified... so in regards to the EA basically

1. Signal to open a position - the change in color to yellow on the solar histogram  indicator
   • A long-position is opened if the indicator's color change and is coming from a downtrend
   • A short-position is opened if the indicator's color change and is coming from a uptrend
   • On the appearance of the white circle semfor a new position can be open
2. The position volume is to be set at 0.01 but could be adjust and modify manually on inputs
3. StopLoss (SL) to be at last swing high or swing low, Moving the SL is permitted only in the direction of profit of the position - up for long position and down for short position; and TakeProfit (TP) - at change of color of histogram, also has to be able to be close manually if required
4. The trailing stop feature could be an option
5. If there is an opened position, and there is a opposite signal, the opened position must be closed and a new one must be opened (in the opposite direction).
6. If there are any errors, it must print a message describing the error.
7. Finally,

1. How the Expert Advisor should react to positions, opened manually or other Expert Advisors?
   should be able to allow multiple positions including ones open manually

   
   

2. How should the Expert Advisor respond to a connection to another trading account? Is there a need in any special procedure to run it on the real account?
   EA has to be able to run in multiple accounts, or different terminals
