Trading EA with Trail Stop

I would like an EA creating creating that trades as follows. 

It places a buy stop and sell stop above and below a h1 candle. Once a trade is activated a stop should be placed above/below the same candle. The stop should follow the trade by following behind each closed h1 candle the specified amount of pips. If a buy stop has been triggered the a sell stop should also follow where the SL for the buy is so that when the buy trade has been stopped in profit or not a trade in the opposite direction is entered and the opposite for shorts.

For targets i would like a an option to manually input a target number of pips, so that it aims for example 20 pips per day but works out how many it needs to reach by subtracting negative trades from the balance. For example 20 pip daily target if the first trade is -15 pips the target becomes 35 pips in order to reach the 20 pip daily target. When the daily target has been reached the EA should remove all pending orders and stop trading until the following day at the time specified. I would like the EA to show calculations for pip profits and losses on the chart somewhere.

I would like to be able to choose the start time of the candle when the ea will begin trading and the time the EA will stop working. So 9am platform time start would use the 8am candle for set ups and if 17:00 is selected to stop trading it wouldn't open any new trades after this time but would follow any open trades until the trade is stopped with a loss or profit or daily target reached.

I would also like an additional option to have the EA only move stops when the trade can be protected in profit.

I would like to be able to also choose the time frame the ea works on 15m h1 4h etc.

I would like a news filter option too.

I would like to choose the number of pips that pending orders and stops are placed above/below the candles in decimals for example 1.5pips above below the start candle.
