Hello. I have contracted a freelancer to created the EA attached but after arbitration delivered it with erros.

First: The price the EA is posting at the Telegram is different from the one we define using the horizontal line

Second: The news filter is not working

How the EA Works:

Is a Binary Option EA that work in a way that if price reach a horizontal line (manually inserted in the chart) it push alerts on Telegram.

There are few rules and strategys behind it, and I don't want to change it for now, THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THE EA IS POSTING THE WRONG PRICE AND NEWS FILTERING IS NOT WORKING.

In Example:

I put the EA at EURUSD chart and define 1.18500 with the horizontal line. When price reachs there and all rules matched instead EA post this Level it posts 1.18630 (each time is one thing, so its random).

The only thing I need is for a freelancer correct this issue so the EA post the right price and the news filtering work.
