Modification of obsolete MQ4 expert for generating HTTP GET request to SMS gateway

Concerns the modification of a (still) working very basic EA (ran as an MQ4 EA on MT5, but can't be recompiled as it gives errors) on two domains;

1/ updating and refurbishing the code (+- 200 lines, but a lot of recurring "basic" coding) so it can be compiled in MQL5. The EA mainly serves to send signals when for instance EURUSD exceeds a tick volume of "100".

2/ the script incorporates a no longer active HTTP GET request handler that sends the signal towards an SMS central. Due to poor delivery statistics, the SMS cloud solution was scrapped and replaced by a local SMS gateway (on premise) that again should be coupled to the EA. A HTTP-API is available that accepts signals through a basic HTTP GET (http://10.0.0.8/index.php/http_api/send_sms?login=xxx&pass=xxx&to=xxx&message=test) format. However, the old code was written by a no longer active programmer.

Note: does not (in this stage) concerns the modification/development of a strategy. Just going through the code and make it MQL5 compliant and comply with request 2/.
